~In real estate, "you get what you pay for," says agent Sue Johnson. Though her client had set a budget below the price paid for this 802 sq. ft. suite, after seeing it, she decided it was worth every penny.

"Living here means not needing a car. The suite is literally just steps away from the desirable South Granville district with Meinhardt's, Stanley Theatre, boutique shops, fashion row and numerous art galleries."~
